Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for monitoring call center trends in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Monitor, evaluate, and document the performance of Work at Home Agents (WAHA) and deliver timely and constructive feedback and training to improve performance reflecting West values.
* Strive to enhance the department’s relationship with customers, ensuring the highest quality, most professional and responsive service possible is provided.
* Prepare and distribute a variety of reports as requested by supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service, call center or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum 3 months as a Performance Assessment Liaison (PAL) is required.
• Successfully complete West Corp Quality Certification Process.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Basic knowledge of ADE, Right Now, and NICE is preferred.
• Score acceptably on job-related testing assessments (data entry, spelling, reading, reading comprehension, sales aptitude testing and cognitive ability testing).
